DR. STEVEN HOEFFLIN AND THE LITTLE CHILDREN FROM ISLA DE NINOS

Isla de Ninos is like a  isolated island of impoverished children. It is located in a Shanty Town Slum with 3500 famlies and over 5000 children living in severe poverty. Like many of the severely impoverished children, most don't have access to school, social services, or children of higher education or economic levels.
